The Head of HR will provide leadership, directions, and support of all HR functions across the organization with the objective of developing a productive and empowered workforce, promoting and sustaining industrial peace and harmony, and providing effective and efficient HR services to the organization towards attainment of its strategic goals and business objectives. The Head of HR will cover the following functions (along with ensuring champions are in place):
Organization and People Development:
Set the agenda and drive company-wide organization review initiatives, facilitating various leadership and employee consultation across the company as basis for organizational intervention and design
Develops solutions for specific organization and business problems, aligns stakeholders to the objectives and plans to implement those solutions
Leadership and Talent Development
Set the organizations leadership brand, technical learning and development programs framework.
Leads in the design and development of leadership and technical competency and development programs and the competency assessments of key talents to identify gaps and development areas.
Drive the talent and succession systems and processes agenda to develop and build sufficient pool of talents for critical positions and key talents.
Develops recruitment and hiring strategy based on organizational requirements
Employee Engagement and Culture
Leads in development employee engagement & culture strategy, plans, platforms, and best practices to guide stakeholders in enhancing employee engagement
Drive programs and initiatives to address employee engagement gaps and collaborates Function/BU Heads in implementing these programs.
Develops effective change management strategies, and frameworks to ensure successful implementation of OD initiatives engaging identified stakeholders
Qualifications
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday 8 am - 5 pm
Work Setup:
full onsite in Balintawak, Quezon City
