Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role
• Strong background in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
