Job Description

Job Purpose:

Implement strategic directions that impact on Human Resources administration and operations within the areas of recruitment / staffing, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, organizational development, training, talent /performance management and other related human resource functions in order to provide and achieve appropriate and productive working relationships among management and its employees within the mall, and within the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinances and Labor Laws or Code.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 Years of managerial experience in all areas of Human Resource Management
  • BS/BA Degree in Human Resources, Management, Philosophy, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Law or any related course
  • High level of Interpersonal Skills, Analytical skills, Presentation skills, Knowledge on generally all human resource management facets
  • Candidate must be willing to be assigned in SM Southmall, Las Piñas City
