What You'll Do:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Philippine labor laws, proven experience handling DOLE-related cases, and the ability to effectively collaborate with both local and foreign stakeholders. This role requires a balance of compliance, people management, and business alignment to support the company's rapid growth.
1. Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace investigations.
- Represent the company in DOLE proceedings, including handling labor disputes, mediation, and compliance audits.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local legal standards and global company practices.
2. Strategic HR Management
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
- Lead change management initiatives to support company expansion and operational improvements.
3. Talent Acquisition & Development
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Implement onboarding and training programs to ensure employee success and retention.
- Develop leadership development and employee engagement programs.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key liaison between local teams and foreign stakeholders (e.g., regional/global HQ).
- Ensure alignment of HR practices across different cultural and business environments.
- Provide insights and reports to senior management regarding workforce trends and HR metrics.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure competitiveness in the local market while maintaining internal equity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience handling DOLE cases, including labor disputes and compliance matters.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
- Experience working with both local and foreign stakeholders (e.g., multinational or regional setup).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Experience in the FMCG, beauty, or skincare industry is an advantage.
- Exposure to fast-growing or startup environments.
- Familiarity with regional HR practices (e.g., Southeast Asia or China-based companies).
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City.
