As the HR Manager, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will bridge the gap between the company, staff , legal compliance, and general office management. Your goal is to ensure the company runs like a well-oiled machine while maintaining a positive, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Maintain and oversee daily office operations to ensure 100% functionality.
- HR & Performance Management: Support recruitment and manage employee relations. You will be responsible for addressing poor performance and behavior with professionalism, fairness, and a firm hand.
- Liaison & Negotiation: Act as our primary representative for external stakeholders. You will negotiate contract renewals and engage with internal teams to benefit the company's bottom line.
- Compliance & Legal: Handle office legalities, oversee contract compliance, and ensure all company activities meet regulatory standards. Represent the company in court as required.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage file systems, data retrieval, and general administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
- Field Work: Run essential external errands and manage off-site tasks as needed (Driver's license required).
Qualifications:
- The Seasoned Pro: At least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Management, Office Management, or as a Liaison/Company Administrator.
- The Communicator: Exceptional English skills (written and verbal). You are comfortable speaking with foreign clients and local staff as you are working in an international company.
- The Disciplined Leader: You likely have a background in competitive sports, music, or other activities requiring high discipline. You are self-responsible and receptive to feedback.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google-Suite and an expert in professional email etiquette.
- Street Smart: You have a high degree of common sense and negotiation skills. Experience in a BPO environment is a significant plus.
- Reliable: You have a no-excuses attitude toward attendance and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (any course) or equivalent high-level experience.
- Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing people and handling administrative legalities.
- Willing to commit to a two-year contract.
