Human Resource Management
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
- Manage Human Resource operational systems such as Vincere
- Develop, implement, and maintain Human Resource policies and procedures tailored to the Service or BPO Industry.
- Monitor and enhance Human Resource workflows to improve efficiency and alignment with business goals including timekeeping software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate regular Human Resource reports, including headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics, for management review.
- Collaborate with management on strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
- Collaborate with team leaders to address employee concerns and ensure a productive work environment.
- Assist in building and managing a strong local company culture, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Develop and deliver HR metrics and reporting to measure and monitor the effectiveness of HR shared services and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead performance management efforts to ensure alignment with business goals, providing support for employee evaluations and career development.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to track the effectiveness of HR services.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, including DOLE regulations and statutory benefits.

Compensation & Benefits Management
- Develop and implement compensation policies and pay structures aligned with market standards and company objectives.
- Design and administer employee benefits programs, including statutory benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) and supplementary perks (e.g., HMO, wellness programs).
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain competitive compensation packages.
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of payroll processes in collaboration with finance and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on compensation and benefits matters.
- Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making related to compensation strategies.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a global setting
- Proficient in HR systems, payroll systems, and Philippine labor law compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for managing compensation and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with teams at all levels
- Proven experience in performance management, including managing employee performance and implementing feedback systems.
- Experience managing a team and leading through change management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications in HR Management, Total Rewards, or Compensation Management are an advantage.
