Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Taguig. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and performance management. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, implementing HR programs to support employee development, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to develop strategic HR initiatives and policies.

  • Strong skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
  • Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Staff Engagement
  • Proficiency in Policy Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives related to Employee Training, Development, and Performance Management
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in an on-site setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
