Position Summary:
We're looking for a Human Resources Manager to join IT By Design Philippines. This role suits an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in leading a team while staying hands-on in day-to-day HR operations. You'll drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, and align local execution with our global HR strategies in the US and India.

Education level required:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in IT or tech
- Experience managing HR & Admin functions (onboarding, payroll, employee relations, C&B)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR systems (Sprout, BambooHR, Darwin Box etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with global or cross-regional teams
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the local HR & Admin team while staying hands-on with day-to-day HR operations.
- Oversee and execute payroll, benefits, compliance, and government reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Philippine labor laws.
- Collaborate closely with the US and India HR teams to align and implement global programs, processes, and culture initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and attrition reduction initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and support long-term employee satisfaction.
- Manage employee relations and serve as a trusted partner to both employees and leadership on HR matters.
- Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to reflect current best practices and company values.
- Support talent management programs, including performance reviews, learning, and leadership development.
- Oversee and coordinate local administrative operations, vendor relationships, and facilities management to ensure a productive work environment.
