Job Summary
The HR Manager will oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with Philippine labor laws. This role plays a critical part in building a strong organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting business growth. Experience working in an international or multinational company is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with company goals
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition for head office and retail operations
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, government statutory requirements, and company policies
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and talent development
- Design and implement learning, training, and leadership development programs
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
- Drive employee engagement, culture‑building initiatives, and internal communications
- Act as a trusted HR business partner to senior management and department heads
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review
- Manage and mentor the HR team and support continuous improvement of HR processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end HR functions (recruitment, ER, C&B, performance management)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Highly organized, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced retail or operations‑driven environment

- Exposure to regional or global HR policies and cross‑cultural environments
