Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) as an HR Manager
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance matters.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
