We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, compliance, and workforce planning while partnering closely with business leaders to drive organizational success.
Qualifications:
6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in the BPO/ITES industry
Strong background in high-volume recruitment and attrition management
Experience in employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance
Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
