Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
The Human Resource Manager oversees the organization's HR functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and labor compliance. The role partners with leadership and all departments to align HR strategies with business goals, promote a positive workplace culture, and support employee engagement, development, and retention.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee end to end HR operations, policies, and programs across the organization.
- Manage recruitment, staffing, onboarding, and workforce planning in partnership with department leaders.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Lead training, development, career progression, and organizational development programs.
- Ensure effective administration of compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies while supporting employee health, safety, and wellness.
Qualification Guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with general HR management or leadership experience.
- Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor compliance.
- In depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and employment practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Experience with HR software and systems; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Training in employment law, conflict resolution, HR management, or related disciplines is a plus.
- Willing to travel occasionally to other company locations, conferences, or training sessions and work extended hours during peak HR activities.
