The Human Resources Manager will lead and oversee the overall HR function, with a strong focus on recruitment operations, employee relations, and compliance. This role plays a key part in driving talent acquisition strategies, strengthening HR systems, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.

  1. Lead and manage the HR and recruitment team to achieve hiring and organizational targets
  2. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  3. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, particularly for overseas deployment
  4. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and international recruitment standards
  5. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  6. Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures
  7. Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
  8. Partner with department heads to support manpower planning and workforce needs
  9. Analyze HR data and generate reports for strategic decision-making
  10. Lead HR audits and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. At least 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  3. Background in the recruitment or manpower deployment industry is highly preferred
  4. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  5. Proven leadership and people management skills
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  7. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  1. Experience in high-volume recruitment is an advantage
  2. Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Manatal) is a plus
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  5. Detail-oriented with strong compliance awareness
  6. Willing to work on-site in Manila
