Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager develops and implements HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with labor laws and company values. The role includes managing training and development initiatives, supporting leadership with workforce planning, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. The Human Resources Manager also maintains HR records, prepares HR reports for management, and collaborates with department heads to address people-related needs and organizational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to work effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Solid organizational, time-management, and documentation skills for handling multiple HR priorities.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and supporting leaders and team members in HR best practices.
  • Ability to use HRIS, MS Office, and other digital tools for HR administration and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role, preferably in a manufacturing, production, or creative environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to fairness, inclusivity, confidentiality, and ethical HR practices.
