Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
  • Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Oversee employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, and LGU requirements.
  • Monitor statutory contributions and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases while promoting positive employee relations.
  • Manage employee performance appraisal, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
  • Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Monitor the HR department budget and administrative expenses.
  • Oversee employee services, including transportation, company housing, mobile phone plans, and canteen operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, government agencies, business partners, and Corporate HR to ensure efficient HR operations.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management and Corporate HR.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4–10 years of HR experience, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
  • Preferably with experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
