Job Summary
The Human Resources Management Head oversees the company's overall HR Operations, including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, HRIS, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and HR Internal Communications. The role ensures effective HR service delivery, compliance with Philippine labor laws, policy implementation, and alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives within a fast-paced environment. Strong expertise in Compensation and Benefits and HR Operations management is required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Master's Degree is an advantage.
- At least 8 years of HR experience with supervisory or managerial background.
- Strong experience in Compensation and Benefits and overall HR Operations.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and government compliance.
- Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, HRIS, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and Communications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Preferably with experience in the IT or software industry.
