About the Role

SM Investments Corporation is looking for a driven HR Intern to support our HR team and gain hands-on experience across key HR functions.

What You'll Do

• Assist in recruitment tasks (screening, scheduling, reviewing applications)
• Support onboarding and orientation activities
• Help administer employee benefits and payroll-related tasks
• Conduct HR-related research and assist in policy implementation
• Collaborate with teams and join HR meetings and trainings

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related course
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Knowledge of HR best practices (a plus)
