Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. The role will help maintain employee records, prepare HR documents, and update databases to ensure accurate and timely information. The intern will assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, support employee engagement initiatives, and help coordinate training, orientations, and benefits-related inquiries. Additional tasks may include preparing reports, handling basic HR correspondence, and providing administrative support to HR projects as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bonifacio Global City.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices, with an interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Understanding of HR Management and Personnel Management, including exposure to recruitment, onboarding, or employee relations.
  • Basic familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and willingness to learn regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; experience with HRIS or databases is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bonifacio Global City, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
