What You Will Gain & Experience

You will be matched with a primary focus track to build deep expertise in one core area, while still getting direct access and involvement in the others:

• Talent Acquisition (TA): Learn the end-to-end recruitment cycle, souring strategies, and candidate experience.
• Employee Engagement: Help design, organize, and execute initiatives that shape company culture and boost team morale.
• Compensation & Benefits (Comp & Ben): Get hands-on experience with reward structures, data analytics, and benefit administration.

The Essentials

• Location: Quezon City (Super close to SM North EDSA )
• Work Arrangement: On-site (Get ready for a vibrant, corpo vibe!)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent course
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Proficient in basic office and productivity tools
