PEOPLE AND PERFORMANCE INTERN (HUMAN RESOURCES)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our People and Performance team. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in Human Resources, with primary exposure to HR Administration and opportunities to support recruitment & employee relations.
What you'll be doing:
HR Administration
- Assist in organizing, updating, and maintaining 201 files and other employee records.
- Support filing, scanning, encoding, and tracking of HR documents.
- Help ensure employee records are complete, accurate, and kept confidential.
- Assist in preparing HR forms, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the team.
Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job platforms and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and suggest short-list applicants based on basic qualifications.
- Support interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Assist in arranging onboarding kits and monitoring pre-employment requirements.
Employee Relations Support
- Assist in drafting internal announcements and HR-related communications.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Help maintain proper documentation of employee relations concerns and records.

What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or a related program
- Willing to render at least 304 internship hours
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
