Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team in daily compensation and benefits operations, including payroll-related data preparation, bonus and incentive administration, leave records, and employee benefits support.
  • Support the collection, verification, and maintenance of employee compensation and benefits data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in preparing compensation and benefits reports, data analysis, and presentations to support HR management review and decision-making.
  • Support the preparation of compensation benchmarking and salary survey data, including data collection, consolidation, and basic analysis.
  • Assist in coordinating with insurance companies, benefits providers, and other service providers on routine employee benefits matters.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and documentation related to compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee welfare.
  • Support the preparation of reports and documentation related to employment regulations, HR compliance, and employee benefits administration.
  • Assist with HR systems and back-end data maintenance, including data entry, updating records, checking data accuracy, and supporting system-related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal HR, Finance, and other relevant teams to support timely completion of compensation and benefits activities.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Available for a full-time internship for at least 3–6 months.

Required Skills

  • Interest in compensation and benefits, payroll operations, HR data analysis, and HR administration.
  • Basic understanding of HR, payroll, or employment-related concepts is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with basic data processing and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken, to communicate with internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible, willing to learn, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
