Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Intern role based on-site in Quezon City. The intern will assist the HR department with daily administrative tasks, help in implementing HR policies, and support personnel management. Additional responsibilities include employee benefits coordination, assisting HR managers with documentation, and participating in recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and principles.
  • Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies development and implementation.
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and HR management tools.
  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting in Quezon City.

Office is in Brgy. Bagumbayan Quezon City. (Just outside of Eastwood City)
