Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Support – Assist in resource management, logistics, records keeping, contract administration, and inventory management.
- Employee Data & Reporting – Maintain and consolidate HR-related records such as 201 files, attendance, and overtime monitoring.
- Records Management – Organize and secure HR databases, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping.
- Documentation & Coordination – Support in taking meeting minutes, filing reports, and assisting with HR-related administrative tasks.
- HR Projects & Engagements – Help develop, implement, and communicate HR projects and initiatives.
- Logistics & Supplies – Manage the distribution of uniforms, office supplies, and necessary forms.
- Content Creation – Design and create professional HR communication materials, including PowerPoint presentations, posters, and videos.
- Data & Analytics Support – Contribute to report generation and HR data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Internship Program Coordination – Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of fellow interns.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Database Management and different platforms is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in design and editing platforms such as Canva, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- Prior experience in project management and managing external stakeholder relationships is an advantage.
