HR Officer Transformation and Analytics
We are looking for an HR Officer Transformation and Analytics to support our HR digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with systems, data, and process improvement. You will play a key role in HR system migration, dashboard maintenance, and ensuring the accuracy of workforce data that drives strategic decisions.
Job Responsibilities
- Support HRIS governance, system audits, and user acceptance testing for new modules and upgrades
- Maintain data integrity and enforce data governance standards
- Develop and manage automated HR dashboards and analytics reports
- Analyze workforce trends related to recruitment, attrition, and retention
- Provide data-driven insights to support HR and business leaders
Job Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas, data visualization)
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Visio, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint
- Experience with SAP preferred; familiarity with Darwinbox or similar HRIS is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Statistics, IT, or related field
