What You'll Do:

  • System Administration (Priority 1): Maintain and monitor HRIS modules, configurations, workflows, and approvals to ensure smooth operations.
  • User Support & Issue Resolution (Priority 1): Serve as first point of contact for system issues, resolving concerns and managing helpdesk tickets within SLAs.
  • Data Management & Reporting (Priority 2): Ensure data accuracy and generate standard employee and transaction reports.
  • Training & Documentation (Priority 2): Update user guides, FAQs, and materials to support adoption and reduce inquiries.
  • Project & Continuous Improvement (Priority 3): Assist in UAT, document requirements, and support system/process improvements as needed.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

  • Experience: At least 23 years of experience in HR systems administration, HRIS support, or HR operations, preferably with exposure to end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets), with experience in process documentation such as SOPs, user guides, and manuals.
