Job Description

About the Role

The HRIS Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's Human Resource Information Systems. This position serves as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related matters, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, managers, and employees to ensure system effectiveness, data accuracy, compliance, and an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain employee data within the HRIS platform.
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, leaves, and terminations.
  • Manage HRIS user access, security permissions, workflows, approvals, and system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support for HRIS-related inquiries.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
  • Conduct data audits and validation activities to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Support HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing activities, and system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders on system initiatives and integrations.
  • Ensure the confidentiality, security, and accuracy of employee information.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HRIS Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Systems support.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience managing employee lifecycle transactions and HR master data.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a Shared Services, BPO, or multinational environment.
  • Exposure to HRIS implementations, migrations, upgrades, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or other HR ticketing and case management systems.
  • Understanding of payroll processes and HR system integrations.
  • Experience creating dashboards, workforce reports, and HR analytics.
