Human Resources (HR) Internship in Gurgaon

As an HR intern at Myfollo, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve assisting the HR team with various tasks and projects, while also developing your skills and knowledge in the field of human resources.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help with onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and information in our HRIS system.
• Assist with employee relations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support HR team with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and documents.
• Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience at Myfollo.
