About the Role
We're looking for a strategic and people-centric Human Resources Head to lead the HR function for one of our brand. This role will champion our people strategydriving talent attraction, development, engagement, and organizational growth in a fast-paced food & beverage environment.
What You'll Do:
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with labor regulations.
- Partner with the Leadership Team and Corporate HR to support company-wide initiatives.
Employee Relations & Performance
- Manage employee relations concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Guide managers in performance evaluations and improvement plans.
- Maintain a fair and consistent performance management system.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
- Oversee payroll accuracy and total rewards initiatives.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and implement development programs.
- Support learning initiatives such as leadership development, customer service training, and operational excellence.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company standards.
- Maintain HRIS, employee records, and required HR reports.
Engagement & Culture Building
- Lead engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
- Drive a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
What We're Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Master's degree is an advantage
Experience & Skills
- Proven HR leadership experience (HR Manager, HR Head), ideally in F&B or another fast-paced industry
- Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, total rewards, and labor compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with HRIS and LMS platforms
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
