As our HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of our employee lifecycle, ensuring our team is supported, compliant, and thriving. Sharing the key responsibilities below:
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle & Workforce Administration
- Support and coordinate onboarding tasks.
- Maintain records of joiners, transitions, exits and role movements.
- Manage exit workflows including clearance and feedback documentation.
- Track PIP eligibility, weekly status updates and closure documentation.
- Maintain talent records (tenure, critical roles, HiPo/Successor pipelines, skill tags).
2. Engagement, Culture & DE&I
- Assist in planning and execution of internal engagement initiatives.
- Track participation, submissions and publish leaderboard/participation updates.
- Coordinate DE&I council/forum activities, agendas and MoM circulation.
- Maintain repository of DE&I themes, sentiment notes and campaign outcomes.
3. Learning & Development Support
- Manage session logistics including invites, attendance, assignments and NPS feedback.
- Consolidate feedback, insights and improvement recommendations.
- Maintain SharePoint repositories for training content, decks & recordings.
- Track completion status for learning programs.
4. Surveys, Feedback & VOE Programs
- Assist in running surveys (Pulse, EOS, skip-level, stay interviews).
- Maintain survey archives month-wise with trend visibility.
- Compile skip-level & stay interview insights into structured summaries.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Send compliance reminders—attendance, acknowledgement, training.
- Maintain audit-ready files, trackers, templates & HR SOP versions.
- Ensure repository hygiene for PIP files, policies and forms.
- Upload SOP/process documents and trackers regularly.
6. People Analytics & HR Reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards (attrition, HC, new joiners, exits).
- Track PIP, L&D, DE&I and engagement metrics for leadership visibility.
- Consolidate data for HRBP review notes and MBR/QBR summaries.
7. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with PMs/Ops/MIS for manpower and workforce updates.
- Work with trainers/Leads to schedule L&D sessions & collect attendance.
- Coordinate skip-levels—calendars, notes, action tracking.
- Track closure of action items across L&D, DE&I & engagement.
8. Communication & Messaging
- Draft internal mailers for engagement, DE&I, training & surveys.
- Manage reminders, announcements and post-event highlight messages.
- Prepare crisp FAQs and communication templates for HR updates.
9. Documentation & Repository Management
- Maintain SharePoint spaces for HR documents and archives.
- Store coaching logs, skip-level notes, survey data and event submissions.
- Follow version control, naming conventions and archival discipline.
Required Experience & Skills
- 4–6 years experience in HR operations/generalist functions.
- Strong documentation discipline, follow-through and coordination agility.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets/SharePoint based reporting.
- Experience managing events, surveys and employee programs.
- Good written communication, stakeholder handling & task ownership.
Preferred
- Exposure to L&D coordination, engagement planning or DE&I initiatives.
- Experience with dashboards/trackers for basic people analytics.
