Human Resources Generalist

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role based in San Juan del Monte. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR, including employee benefits, implementing HR policies, administering benefits programs, and overseeing HR management functions. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment that supports the company's values and mission.

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), with experience in HR management and implementation.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and ability to develop and enforce these effectively.
• Experience in administering employee benefits and managing benefits administration programs.
• Proficiency in employee relations with a focus on cultivating a supportive and professional workplace.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role or within the cosmetics or retail industry is a plus.
