Job Description
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
- Administer employee benefits, leave programs, insurance, and other HR-related policies and processes.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.
- Coordinate and support learning and development initiatives, including training administration and employee development programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and personnel data while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Support performance management activities, including goal setting, performance review cycles, and development planning.
- Partner with regional HR on HR initiatives, projects, and process improvement efforts to ensure effective and consistent HR service delivery.
- Plan and drive employee engagement, wellness and workplace culture initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, employment documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely HR reports for Regional Office including headcount, turnover, recruitment, employee movements and HR metrics.
- Monitor employee attendance records, including log-in/log-out compliance, tardiness, undertime, absences, missing time entries and overtime requests.
- Administer leave applications and approvals, maintain leave balances, verify supporting documentation, and ensure compliance with statutory and company leave policies.
- Coordinate employee and payroll requirements relating to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR; monitor registrations, contributions, filings, and statutory deadlines.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with DOLE requirements including registrations, reports, submissions, inspections and labour compliance documentation including employment-related statutory reporting obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Experience managing a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations etc.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and partnering with regional HR is preferred.
- Good understanding of HR policies and practices across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning and development and offboarding.
- Knowledge of Philippines labour legislation, statutory requirements and HR best practices in Philippines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
- Possess analytical, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
