Human Resources Generalist

We're looking for HR Generalist join our team and support a wide range of HR functions including talent management, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, administration, and organization development. A key focus of this role is leading our Learning & Development strategy and capability-building initiatives across the plant.

What you'll do:

• Lead Learning & Development programs, competency development, and succession planning initiatives.

• Support employee relations, engagement, labor relations, and workforce planning activities.

• Drive performance management, talent reviews, and organizational development programs.

• Partner with leaders to strengthen organizational capability and employee development.

• Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision making.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and mandatory training requirements.

We're looking for someone with:

• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience across Learning & Development, Organization Development, Employee Relations, and Talent Management.

• Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and people development skills.

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, cement, or heavy industry environments is an advantage.

• Passion for building high-performing teams and enabling business success through people.

• Willing to be assigned in Rizal
