Job Description

Position: HR Generalist

Location: On-Hybrid Setup at Cebu City

Employment Type: Full-Time (Night Shift, aligned with US time zone)

The Role

As our HR Generalist, you will be the critical HR point of contact for our Cebu operations. This is a dynamic, full-scope HR role where your #1 priority is full-cycle recruitment. You will ensure seamless HR service delivery, maintain compliance, and actively champion a positive and productive environment for our night-shift staff.

Key Responsibilities

A. Priority: Recruitment (Full-Cycle)

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for all local roles (Finance, Operations, Admin).
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews.
  • Assist onboarding for all new hires.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to management.

B. HR Generalist Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions (policies, benefits).
  • Assist in performance review cycles and provide manager guidance.
  • Administer local benefits (HMO) and ensure accurate enrollment.
  • Drive local employee engagement and communication efforts.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.

C. Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure all local HR policies and procedures adhere to Philippine Labor Laws (DOLE).

Essential Requirements

  • Philippine Residency: Must be a current resident and fully able to work on-site in Cebu City.
  • Shift Commitment: Demonstrated ability to commit to the Night Shift schedule, aligning with U.S. business hours.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a relevant business field is Required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within a Shared Service, BPO, or multinational company setting.

Skills:

  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Law.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
