!What You'll Do

• :Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned EMEA countries—managing escalations, employee relations, payroll, and policy interpretation before they reach leadership
• .Lead onboarding and offboarding lifecycles, including document collection, orientation, exit interviews, and feedback analysis to improve retention
• .Drive HR compliance, process improvements, and analytics—maintaining SOPs, tracking case trends, and keeping us audit-ready across multiple jurisdictions

What You Nee

• d:Strong understanding of EMEA employment laws, payroll compliance, and HRMS systems; experience handling complex employee relations case
• s.Proven ability to manage HR analytics (attrition, engagement, case trends) and build dashboards using Excel or similar tool
• s.Experience creating and maintaining HR SOPs, leading process improvement projects, and mentoring junior team member
• s.Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and discretion with confidential informatio
• n.Preferred: Experience supporting multiple EMEA countries, project management skills, and a background in audit or compliance trackin
