Job Description
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers on role requirements and interview logistics.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels as directed by HR leadership.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline status) and prepare status reports.
- Assist in maintaining and updating job descriptions and specifications.
Onboarding & Off-boarding
- Guide new hires through payroll and documentation procedures.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and conduct new hire orientation.
- Ensure new hires complete required documentation and flag gaps to HR leadership.
- Support the offboarding process, including scheduling exit interviews and processing paperwork.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate internal/external training programs and tracking attendance.
- Help compile training completion records and basic effectiveness reports.
- Support training logistics — scheduling, materials, and venue or tech setup.
Talent Success & Employee Engagement
- Help organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
- Assist in administering employee surveys and compiling results.
- Support day-to-day performance management administration, including tracking forms and deadlines.
Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll
- Assist employees with benefits questions, including statutory requirements, HMO, leaves, and loans.
- Help process and file government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, etc.).
- Support Finance in payroll processing by preparing and verifying employee data.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records.
- Assist with final pay computation for departing employees.
Employee and Labor Relations
- Help keep HR memos, NTEs, and employee records organized and up to date.
- Support HR leadership in handling employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Escalate labor relations matters to the appropriate HR lead.
Employer Branding
- Assist in promoting company culture and employee stories on social media and job platforms, in coordination with Marketing.
- Help prepare materials and logistics for career fairs and recruitment events.
HR and Office Administration
- Support the maintenance and organization of HR policies, procedures, and records.
- Help maintain an organized office environment, coordinating with Admin as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports and basic analytics for the HR team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of HR experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship or OJT experience, particularly with strong exposure to recruitment, are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of core HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee records) and eagerness to grow into a generalist role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under guidance.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
