Job Description

The HR Generalist is the operational heartbeat of the HR department, ensuring seamless delivery across the employee lifecycle. This role balances high-volume talent acquisition with the meticulous administration required to maintain a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. As a key link between the Cebu team and Australian stakeholders, you will foster a culture of excellence while ensuring all HR processesfrom hiring to payroll supportare executed with precision and integrity.

Duties & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Management (50%): Execute end-to-end recruitment for professional roles and interns. This includes proactive sourcing on LinkedIn and JobStreet, conducting behavioral interviews, and optimizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a gold-standard candidate experience.

Onboarding & Lifecycle Management (15%): Design and facilitate engaging orientation programs that accelerate time-to-productivity. Manage the full offboarding cycle, including exit interviews and DOLE-compliant clearance procedures.

Employee Engagement & Relations (15%): Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries. Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and drive initiativessuch as surveys and culture eventsthat boost morale and retention within the hybrid work model.

Compliance & HRIS Administration (10%): Maintain audit-ready digital employee files. Ensure all data handling complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and keep the HRIS updated with real-time accuracy.

Payroll & AU-Timezone Support (10%): Oversee attendance tracking and leave management. Coordinate with finance for payroll preparation, ensuring accurate adjustments for Philippine government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and Australian shift differentials.

Qualifications / Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.

Experience: Minimum 12 years in an HR Generalist or Recruitment-heavy role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and Discord. Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and HRIS platforms.

Labor Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code.

Communication: Elite English communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with both local employees and AU-based management.
