Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Pasay. The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR management and operations, implement and maintain HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards. Responsibilities will include facilitating employee relations, managing HR documentation, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, and collaborating with leadership to foster an engaging and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to oversee essential organizational HR functions
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and a proven ability to foster a positive workplace culture
• Comprehensive knowledge of designing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
• Familiarity with core Human Resources (HR) principles, processes, and compliance regulations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with HR software and tools are advantageous
