Job Title: Executive - HR

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Management or any Bachelor's degree with experience in HR.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• With 6 months to 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist focusing on Labor Relations and Employee Engagement

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OTHER ABILITIES

• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Strong communications skills
• Documentation and Reporting Skills
• Ability to work independently & under pressure

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS

• Flexible and work in 24x7 Environment
• Ability to work in different shifts
• Mapping and documentation skills.
