A leading and rapidly growing organization is seeking a Human Resources Director to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational performance, and enhancing overall workforce effectiveness.
The successful candidate will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of HR programs, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and scalable people strategies.
Qualifications:
- Have at least 12 years of work experience in all aspects of Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior management position in a fast-paced dynamic people environment, such as retail
- Has experience in handling more than 10,000 employees
- Proven experience developing, testing and analyzing company human resources programs
- Intensive experience in HR as a business partner, implementing organization strategy and translating it to results
- Have intense background and knowledge on organizational development, succession planning, people operations and workforce planning, compensation, HR processes and legal regulations, and preventive labor relations.
- Adept with HR technology like HRIS, People Analytics and using data for decision making and strategy. Data Driven.
- With background in Six Sigma and/or engineering methodologies in improving processes. Process Driven.
- A Masters Degree in Business Administration or HR Administration / related fields would be preferred
