Job Description

The Director of HR at MSPbots will lead the companys human resources strategy and execution. This role focuses on aligning HR practices with business goals, driving employee engagement, and building a high-performance culture. The Director will oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, compliance, and organizational design to support the companys growth in the SaaS and tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with MSPbots business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership to shape organizational culture and support the companys mission and vision.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention:
  • Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Develop and implement retention initiatives to reduce turnover and boost employee satisfaction.
  • Performance Management:
  • Design and manage performance evaluation systems.
  • Collaborate with managers to establish goals and identify development opportunities for employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Development:
  • Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and career growth programs.
  • Lead training and development programs to build capabilities across all levels of the organization.
  • HR Operations and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards in the companys regions of operation.
  • Oversee HR systems, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
  • Organizational Design:
  • Assess and optimize workforce structure to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support company growth and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in HR strategy, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Expertise in HRIS, payroll systems, and compliance across multiple regions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
