The role

As HR Director, you will align talent with business strategy to accelerate growth. This is anchored in your solid understanding of market research agency's business model, talents and the dynamics that exist within the industry.

You will bring broad strategic mindset to develop and drive robust talent strategy. This is to ensure the right talent, structure and processes are in place to drive high performance. The HR Director is commercially savvy and confident in influencing and partnering with leaders across wide range of complex business, talent and organizational scenarios. You will manage transformation programs and analyze organizational capabilities to drive change and enhance business performance.

You will be a key member of the Leadership Team and will partner very closely with the Country Manager, Business and Functional Leaders in engaging talents to achieve the purpose, strategy and goals of Ipsos. You will report to the Chief People Officer in Singapore.

The candidate

You are a confident, strategic, hands-on and collaborative leader. You are creative, innovative and have the gravitas to work with very senior leaders. You are agile to operate at the highest level of strategic HR business partnering with flexibility to be tactical when needed.

You are commercially and digitally savvy with and in-depth business knowledge in market research industry. You are adept at coaching senior leaders and their teams in driving values-based behaviors and business performance. You can challenge the status quo and articulate your point of view with supporting data.

You have worked in a highly matrixed organization and able to balance local, regional and global priorities with multiple stakeholders. You have proven ability to build excellent working relationship and collaboration across the organization.
