Job Description

What the Work Looks Like

  • Leading the development and execution of enterprise-wide people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design to support long-term business objectives
  • Partnering with senior leadership and Corporate HR to drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
  • Overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including Office Administration services, to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual obligations
  • Identifying and mitigating HR-related operational risks, including regulatory compliance and workforce fluctuations, while developing business continuity plans
  • Coaching and mentoring HR teams through structured one-on-one sessions covering career goals, performance feedback, and skill development
  • Leveraging HR analytics and workforce metrics to identify trends, inform business decisions, and improve engagement, retention, and productivity
  • Managing the HR budget, including cost control and financial analysis specific to HR functions
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external partners

What We Look For

Must Have

  • Availability to work Philippine day-shift hours supporting a Philippines-based HR function
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end HR operations for a multinational or enterprise organization
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS/HCM platforms for managing employee data and analyzing HR metrics
  • Background in cruise lines, shipping lines, maritime, travel, and other related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness

Strong Advantage

  • Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field
  • Experience with Oracle ORC (recruitment) and Dayforce (payroll) or comparable enterprise systems
  • Experience developing and managing HR budgets with cost control and financial analysis responsibilities
  • Familiarity with compliance software for tracking labor law adherence across jurisdictions

Nice to Have

  • Leadership or management certification, such as SHRM-SCP or HRCI
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training and development
  • Background in a shared services, RPO, or multi-entity corporate structure
