Partner with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition to design and implement competitive, cost-effective compensation and benefits programs.
Lead HR transformation and change management initiatives in support of company strategy and priorities.
Provide thought leadership while maintaining financial discipline, anticipating and prioritizing people/resource investments.
Establish, monitor, and consistently execute against effective HR KPIs and metrics.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and relevant local regulations.
Partner with local leadership to foster a high-performance culture through leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.
Embed innovative HR practices into day-to-day operations.
Understand and leverage emerging technologies and social trends to enhance people practices.
