Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business plan.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Advise senior management on HR best practices and organizational development.
  • Optimize HR processes through technology and automation.

Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Build talent pipelines and succession planning programs.
  • Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Improve recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across all levels.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Oversee salary administration, job architecture, promotions, and compensation reviews.
  • Implement performance management systems that support employee growth and reward performance.
  • Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting through HRIS.

Training & Development

  • Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and summarizing the Training Plans Required to keep the competitiveness of the employees in collaboration with the Training Execution within Casto University.
  • Implementation of Succession Planning Programs and Gap analysis that will influence performance improvements of the employees.
  • Developing and implementation of best practice on Performance Management/Appraisal Policies and Procedures with regular review cycles, Employee Incentive Programs (Rewards and Recognition) that promote employee retention and engagement.

People Engagement and Labor Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Overseeing organizational changes to improve employee engagement, satisfaction and retention programs.
  • Ensure inclusion and diversity by formulating strategic activities that will promote workforce retention programs and equal opportunity.
  • Handle employee relations, discipline, and termination in lieu of Company policies.

Organizational Development and Communication

  • Take major initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of Occupational Safety and Health protocols and programs.
  • Organize periodic communication programs and activities across the organization such as town halls that promotes awareness on Company updates, information drive, etc.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and leadership development.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure company adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain updated HR policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and to mitigate any associated risk (if any).
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments related to HR practices.
  • Manage investigations related to workplace issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; MSC/MA/MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience as senior HR Role with track records in strategic planning, implementation, and deep knowledge of HR Functions (talent management, recruitment, etc.). 8+ years with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Ability to use metrics and analytics (HRIS) and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • In depth knowledge of local and international labor law, Human resource processes, etc.
  • Understanding and experience with Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies
  • Aptitude in communicating and public speaking with well-organized with excellent leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication, Leadership, organizational, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
