Job Description

Role Overview: The HRD Manager is a pivotal role responsible for developing employee capabilities, managing performance, and ensuring HR processes support organizational growth. By integrating training, recruitment, and strategic planning, they help maintain a skilled, motivated, and compliant workforce, ultimately contributing to the company's long-term success.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Employee Training and Development: Plans, organizes, and coordinates training programs to improve employee skills, leadership readiness, and operational performance. They identify training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure alignment with company goals and compliance requirements.
  • Performance Management: They develop and implement performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and career development plans to monitor and enhance employee productivity and engagement.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Design and manages recruitment processes, succession planning, and talent pipelines to ensure the organization attracts and retains qualified employees.
  • Employee Relations and Communication: Acting as a bridge between management and staff, they communicate policies, gather employee feedback, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • HR Administration and Compliance: They oversee payroll, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Strategic HR Planning: Contributes to organizational strategy by aligning workforce development with business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and supporting long-term talent sustainability.

Qualifications: With Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Psychology, or any related field.

Master's or PhD is not required, but highly preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and influence organizational culture.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in HR technology, including HRIS systems, automated payroll, and training platforms.
  • Analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness, performance metrics, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication skills to mediate between management and employees and convey HR initiatives clearly.
  • Strong understanding of the Fashion and Apparel/Garments/Retail industry is a plus

Office Location: Willing to report 5 days onsite in Little Baguio, San Juan (past Greenhills area)**
