Job Description
We are now hiring Human Resources Head for our Guiguinto, Bulacan Office!
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead our growing organization's human resources function. Candidate must have broad expertise across HR disciplines—including compensation & benefits, recruitment, training, employee engagement, legal compliance, and succession planning. The ideal candidate will be agile, creative, and strategic, capable of building & implementing HR programs that support business growth and enhance team capabilities.
I. Key Responsibilities
A. Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with wage laws and government-mandated benefits.
- Oversee the implementation and administration of the company's retirement program.
B. Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Develop and implement competency-based skills training programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
C. Succession Management & Talent Development
- Establish and maintain a succession management program to ensure leadership continuity.
- Identify high-potential talent and create development plans to prepare them for future roles.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and capability building.
D. Legal Compliance & Labor Relations
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
- Manage labor relations, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and union coordination if applicable.
E. Leadership & Team Development
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing HR team culture.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and team capabilities to support organizational growth.
II. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on compensation and benefits.
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning, succession management, and labor relations.
- Strong network with local government and regulatory agencies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in implementing HRIS and data-driven HR practices.
- Agile and creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable HR strategies.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to HR leadership.
