Job Summary:
We are looking for a People Services Executive to support the full employee lifecycle and deliver high-quality HR operational services. The successful candidate will manage employee records, onboarding activities, work pass administration, and employee support while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer MOM work passes and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
- Provide Level 1 support to employees through the HR ticketing system.
- Handle employee queries and HR service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Support HR operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore Employment Act requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on HR administration matters.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee data accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR operations or shared services experience.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act.
- Experience handling MOM work pass administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS and HR ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
