Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Mandaue City, Cebu. The HR Business Partner will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and manage employee relations. The role includes providing guidance on performance management, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. The incumbent will serve as a strategic advisor to management to align organizational goals with employee development and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• With 5 years of strong knowledge and experience in HR Policies and general Human Resources operations
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, fostering positive relationships, and resolving workplace issues
• In-depth understanding of Labor and Employment Law and its application in the workplace
• Expertise in Performance Management processes, including appraisals and development plans
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a team environment in Cebu
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in HR or labor law are an advantage
