Account Management
Partners with line managers and serves as a frontline end-to-end HR consultant in all matters
relating to employee retention, employee connects, talent management, talent development,
employee and labor relations, and compliance. Span of work includes:
Partners with operations in implementing strategic retention tools and activities and ensures
minimal attrition for the assigned span
Collaborates with various HR units on the implementation of programs such as Engagement
With Purpose, actions, policies and procedures that have direct impact to assigned account
Ensures compliance of assigned account to global, regional, and local HR programs and
initiatives
Spearheads and supports organizational development and change management initiatives as per
the identified needs of the assigned business unit
Engagement
Drive Engagement with Purpose across all TCS Philippines with focus on Social Collaboration,
Health and Wellbeing and Serve my Community, tracks.
Innovatively and creatively develops and implements annual employee engagement strategies
and ensuring a positive experience for employees across locations
Gathers and analyze engagement data for identifying improvement areas and efficiencies
Collaborates with other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the social
collaboration programs
Ensures timely submission of monthly reports
Supports account-level engagement activities in coordination with the Talent Engagement Lead
Health and Wellness
Amplify focus on total wellbeing through employee health & wellness interventions and fitness
programs.
Collaborates with Engagement Specialist in the implementation and campaign of the different
wellness programs of the organization (Fit4Life, Employee Assistance Programs, and Monthly
Wellness Sessions)
Collaborates with critical stakeholders in developing an annual calendar of wellness sessions
that is aligned to the needs of the employees
Talent Management
Spearheads the quality and timely executions of critical annual cycle HR processes such as
performance management, talent review, development plan creations, etc.
Drives the processing of employee promotions and role movements in collaboration with the
location Talent Management Lead
Champions Talent Management initiatives and strategies as applicable in the unit and location
Labor Relations and HR Compliance
Partners with line managers in driving awareness and compliance in the company's code of
conduct and values
Spearheads the implementation of applicable corrective action as per company corrective action
policy and employee handbook
Collaborates with Legal Team in the closure of internal and external administrative cases
Drives compliance of the assigned span in all critical HR policies and processes
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's
Degree,
4 + yrs Experience as Generalist or Specialist with background in Account Management, Labor
Relation and Compliance, Talent Management, Health and wellness, Engagement and Account
Management is required for this position.
