Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Officer – Business Partner serves as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Head Office by supporting workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, employee engagement and retention, and organizational effectiveness. The role partners with leaders and employees to strengthen capabilities, foster a positive and fair work environment, align people strategies with business needs, and deliver a meaningful employee experience that contributes to excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
• Support employee and labor relations by handling workplace concerns, disciplinary processes, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and execute employee engagement programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Identify learning needs and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
• Drive organizational effectiveness through performance management, succession planning, workforce analytics, and headcount management.

Qualifications

• Preferably an Industrial Engineering graduate
• Experience in process improvement, process mapping, or business process analysis.
• Background in Human Resources, preferably in HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, or HR Shared Services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
• Experience in retail or multi-site operations is an advantage.
